Exercises to Apply the Law of Attraction

Law of Attraction is a term that gets thrown around a lot these days, but what does it really mean? And why do people use the phrase “law of attraction”? You know you have to focus on your goals and live an inspired life. Everyone wants more success in their lives, so here are some ways to apply Law of Attraction techniques for personal gain.

The “law of attraction daily exercises pdf” is a document that contains various exercises to help you apply the law of attraction. The PDF file also includes 5 steps on how to get started with the law of attraction.

Exercises to Apply the Law of Attraction

Our ideas, beliefs, emotions, and expectations shape our reality. So, to receive what we desire, all we have to do is believe it and expect it to happen. Isn’t it easier said than done?

Many individuals struggle with the law of attraction because it requires persuading the mind that it can have anything it desires. This raises uncertainty, which makes achieving aspirations much more difficult. To overcome this, the conscious mind must become the master section of the mind by practicing commanding subconscious thinking.

Your subconscious mind must believe in order for the law of attraction to function. Many individuals hit stumbling blocks and quit up much too quickly because getting your subconscious mind to accomplish what your conscious mind wants it to sometimes be difficult. Without your subconscious mind supporting your wants and beliefs, all of your meditation, visualization, and positive thinking will be for nothing.

Let’s get started with the methods for doing so….

#11: Exercise – Get Some Sleep

The first exercise is a fantastic technique to start educating your subconscious mind in subtle ways. Although it may require some work, the benefits will be well worth it. You may quickly modify the way your subjective mind starts to think that your “desire” is actually something you have by activating it in its most susceptible condition – one of the most critical factors in effective manifestation!

Step 1

Determine your goals. Make a picture of it or write it out as plainly as you can. It matters what you utilize in the photograph. For example, if you desire a new house, draw a picture of the precise home you want and put the words “my new home” next to it so you can read it clearly. Take your time to get this picture precisely as you want it. If you can’t locate exactly what you’re looking for, plain white paper with text may be used instead. “I am choosing to have my dream house by March of 2017,” for example, or “I am deciding to have an additional $1000.00 in my bank account by this weekend.” Keep things brief and sweet by being detailed and exact.

Step 2

Place this image in a conspicuous location near your bed where you sleep at night, especially where you can see it as soon as you open your eyes.

Step 3

Determine the hour of night when you are sleeping the most deeply. This is the time of day when you are most likely to wake up.

Step 4

Set an alarm at that time to wake you up. Using something that slowly wakes you up rather than startling you is best.

Step 5

Look at the image for 5-30 seconds when your alarm goes off. Use a flashlight to brighten your photo if your room is dark.

Step 6

Return to sleep immediately.

Your conscious mind is still blurry when you get up from a long sleep, but your subconscious mind (which never sleeps) is completely functional. There is no better moment than now to entirely bypass any conscious thought that may be standing in the way of your aspirations.

You are bypassing conscious thought and communicating straight to the subconscious with this activity. So, how does this practice help to manage the conscious mind? Because speaking directly to the subconscious mind in a language it knows is an intentional choice.

Customize the aforementioned strategy to meet your own requirements, goals, and desires.

Suggestions:

*Begin with modest projects to show yourself that you can develop using this method. The more you can manifest your desires, the more your mind will believe in its ability to do so. Success will breed greater success in this manner.

* If you can go back to sleep shortly after seeing your image and before completely awakening, it will assist.

* The maximum viewing duration restriction of 30 seconds is really crucial. Any more time spent staring at the image may result in full awareness, which might prevent the technique from functioning for you.

* There is no minimum amount of time spent seeing the image; a brief glimpse before going back to sleep will suffice.

* Don’t examine or think about what you’re seeing. You don’t have to push your subconscious mind to notice the nuances.

*Commit to doing this exercise for at least 30 days; if required, do it for longer. Repetition is essential for impressing the subconscious mind, as previously indicated.

*Only use one wish at a time. Move on to the next want after the first has been satisfied.

#12: Exercise – Sleep on It (2) – Taking Advantage of Your Dreams

Most people may need a bit more experience with this exercise, but the rewards are definitely worth it! It’s also a lot of fun once you’ve learned it.

You are the same person in your dreams as you are right now. (Pronounce it five times quickly!) However, you are usually unconscious that you are dreaming, and as a result, you are immersed in the dream very quickly after it begins. Continuity does not seem to be an issue. Dreams are often employed as a screening mechanism by your subconscious mind, which may figure out or discard anything while you are sleeping. As your subconscious processes the events of the day, they will often appear in your dreams.

Step 1

Make it a practice to perform reality checks throughout the day. Use a faint tone on your watch or phone to remind you to perform these reality checks every hour or two, preferable.

Stopping and being aware of what you’re doing is a reality check. Take note of the state of your mind. Ask yourself whether you’ve had a constant flow of awareness throughout the last several hours and/or if what you’re doing right now is something you do on a regular basis. Pay attention to whether or not there is anything weird going on. You’ll notice that your awareness is similar to that of your usual waking existence, and that everything in your day is consistent. After a few “reality checks,” you may find this tedious, but there is good reason for this phase in the process. Step 2 will only work if you practice it for numerous days, weeks, or as long as you need it.

Step 2

When you go to bed, keep your watch or phone near you and set your “reality check” tone to play while you’re sleeping. Identify the time of night when you’re least likely to be awake and create the tone for that period, just as you did in the last exercise. Once your subconscious mind has learned the pattern of reality checks, it will identify the tone in your sleep and warn you that it’s time to do one again. You will, however, complete your reality check while dreaming this time. This permits you to become conscious while dreaming and become aware of whatever is going on around you.

Once this tone is given, you will begin to experience conscious knowledge of being in your dream, depending on how well you sustain your practice of completing a reality check throughout the day. It may take a week or two for some, and it may take longer for others. Consistency in your daily routine is essential for your brain to learn to follow it automatically.

After that, you’ll start waking up in a lovely, weightless environment where you may interact with your ideas in a tangible manner. It’s very natural for you to want to play throughout the first few dreams. It’s also common to become too thrilled during your first few lucid dreams, which might cause you to wake up. Don’t be discouraged; just keep in mind that it’s working! Continue to conduct your reality checks, and decide to be cool the next time you wake up from a dream.

Step 3

After you’ve mastered experiencing lucid dreams, you can start putting them to use in your law of attraction work. This nonphysical realm is real, and if you can have a significant effect here, you will be able to materialize your wishes in your physical existence. Working on your dreams requires the same amount of energy, emotion, and time as working on your thoughts; yet, it is much simpler on the dream plane since being fun is not difficult for most people. You have the potential to instantly create your wishes while in the dream state. You’ll soon learn that you can enjoy driving that automobile around, seeing your lovely home, or having a fun day with your new companion right away.

The more time and energy you put into your goal, just as with visualization work, the closer you get to manifesting it. It’s just simpler to really experience your “visualizations” through lucid dreaming than it is to imagine them from inside the physical realm. This form of creativity is extremely real to your subconscious mind, and it will want to produce more and more of what it appreciates – both in dreaming states and in actual reality.

Exercise #13: Create a Belief That Aligns With Your Goal

When it comes to the movie of our life, the majority of us go straight to the screen to make changes. We spend all of our time, money, and energy attempting to modify our external experience, oblivious to the fact that the whole thing is being projected from the inside out.

As previously stated, beliefs are a critical component of the creative process. If your subconscious mind doesn’t think something is real, it won’t look for methods to prove or produce it. Rather of attempting to match your views with “reality,” you may connect your beliefs with the life you most desire to create.

So, how can we alter our mindsets? Consider the following:

  1. A) Your beliefs tend to become your reality. Our brain map constructs our lives as it perceives them to be. We may modify our experience of the world (and eventually the world itself) by changing the way we choose to perceive it since these maps frequently become self-fulfilling prophesies. If you think of the world as a friendly place, you’ll observe how things always work out in the end. You’re more likely to locate “friendly” items if you’re seeking for them.
  2. B) You can make anything happen. To convince yourself that something is true, just tell yourself that it is, gather evidence to support your tale, then behave accordingly. It is possible to make anybody believe anything in this manner.

Step 1

Choose a life goal that you want to achieve.

Step 2

Make a list of items that might be beneficial to “believe” about this objective.

For instance:

“I want to be financially stable.”

Make-Believes:

-“There are tens of thousands of methods for me to make money.”

-“I attract success and financial independence.”

-“The more I am drawn to financial independence, the more it draws me in.”

The goal isn’t to locate what you already believe to be true, but rather to find whatever you think might be valuable if you did.

Step 3

In the following methods, you may use your “make-believes” to develop genuine beliefs:

  1. a) Teach your mind that the “make-believes” are real using a physiology of assurance. The language of your bodily condition is understood by your subconscious mind. Begin by telling yourself something you already know to be true. “Today is ______, and my name is ______,” for example. Repeat your new make-believe in the exact same tone of voice and with the exact same body position. Rep this procedure multiple times during the day.

When you can completely match the voice tone and physique, the “make-believe” will begin to take root as a real belief in the subconscious mind. At this stage, you’ll notice that it “feels” more accurate. It may take a few attempts (or perhaps many tries — everyone is different), but with experience and consistency, turning each new “make-believe” into a genuine belief gets simpler and easier.

  1. b) Collect proof that your “make believe” is real. As many times as you can, plug each “make-believe” into the following format:

“I know this is true for me because_________,” says the speaker. For instance:

“There are countless of methods for me to get money into my life,” imagine.

“I know this is true for me since I’ve spent my whole life making money; for example, there have been numerous instances when I didn’t know where I’d acquire the money I needed and it always arrived on time.”

Or….

“I know this is true for me because I see plenty everywhere; for example, I keep seeing the exact automobile I desire, which means it will soon be mine.”

The subconscious mind cannot debate the truth of your claims if you convince yourself that they are true and provide reasons for why they are true. As a result, the “make-believe” will become a real belief, which the subconscious mind will try to confirm by producing other things that are consistent with it.

  1. d) Act as though your fantasy is real. “If I knew (make-believe), what would I do to achieve (my goal)?” ask yourself.

For instance:

-“What would I do to become financially secure if I knew there were dozens of methods to bring money into my life?”

Or…

-“What would I do to become financially secure if I knew that the more I want financial freedom, the more it desires me?”

This kind of enquiry allows the mind to be open to new possibilities. Because the subconscious mind strives to answer problems as quickly and efficiently as possible, it can’t ignore this way of probing. It will keep looking for an answer (or many answers) until it finds one. Choose at least one activity to do in the next 24 hours when your mind offers you with a list of things to do. This will strengthen the conviction and encourage the subconscious mind to keep coming up with solutions to the problem.

#14: Exercise – Write Down Your Goals

Recorded intentions are a simple technique to quietly impact the subconscious mind for people who have some technical expertise. These plans gradually impact this part of the mind without compulsion when used in this manner. This low-pressure method of massaging the subconscious does not give it the opportunity to reject what is being filtered in.

Step 1

Record yourself stating your objectives using a computer and microphone. Because this is an extremely strong means of influencing your subconscious, choose your words and intentions carefully. Return to module two and explore precise affirmations and auto-suggestion strategies for further information. The most significant transformations are triggered by “I AM” declarations that are followed by what you NOW desire to be.

Step 2

Save the file as an MP3 and burn it to a CD or transfer it to your MP3 device. If you’re planning to use this on a CD, repeat the track as many times as the space allows. Use the loop feature on MP3 players.

Step 3

Play the intentions as background noise while your regular tasks. Louder isn’t always better. In fact, the fainter and less distinct the background noise, the more it will overcome any mental obstacles.

If your conscious mind is avidly listening to the intentions, a vibration of resistance may be there.

It continually impresses the intents into the medium of sound by playing the recording as background noise. This suggests you’re generating a lot of physical energy and vibration in the vicinity of your intention. When done properly, the results of this technique may be quite powerful.

Helpful Tip: As you go off to sleep, listen to your recorded intentions to further impress the subconscious. Reduce the volume once more. It is unnecessary to pay attention to what is being stated. Through identification of the speech patterns utilized, the subconscious mind will immediately absorb the concepts.

#15: Exercise – Make a Fast Complaint

Complaining is the polar opposite of achieving your goals. When we complain, we’re expressing our dissatisfaction with something. The subconscious mind will typically wipe out the “don’t,” leaving just the unpleasant item in a person’s experience, as described previously in the book. Going on a “complaint fast” is one activity you might utilize to break this behavior. To put it another way, try not to complain about anything for a day, a week, or a month.

Step 1

Begin with the words you speak out. Stop yourself whenever you see yourself grumbling or about to start whining. Make a commitment to go a week without complaining. Start again on day one if you grumble even once throughout that week (which you very likely will). This starts to create a new habit in the subconscious mind; it essentially educates the mind that whining is inappropriate AND that unpleasant things are no longer a priority.

Step 2

Challenge yourself to a month of no complaining after you’ve mastered a week of no complaining. If you make a mistake, remember that you’ve been doing this your entire life and that it takes time to form a new habit. Don’t penalize yourself for detecting your concerns and striving to modify a lifelong habit; just keep in mind that changing your mind’s pattern takes time and work.

Step 3

Congratulate yourself after you complete stage 3! It’s not simple to teach your dog.

Keep in mind that you will not express a single complaint for the next 30 days! Now repeat the procedure with any new notions that come to mind. Allow these negative thoughts to enter and then let them drift away. Take note of them and then let them go. Fill your mind with an opposite of the objections you’re building awareness of right as you notice thinking complaints.

Example:

“I can’t believe Bob is slacking off on the work again,” I grumbled.

This doubles the difficulty of my task.”

“I’m so glad Bob is seeing that his efforts are helping everyone else remain on track.” My work has become so much easy.”

Even if it doesn’t seem true to you right now, this sort of attention will radically transform what you see in your reality. “Complaint fasting” teaches the mind to anticipate only pleasant things in life, which leads to the manifestation of those precise outcomes.

This isn’t to imply that if you order a salad for lunch and instead get a cheeseburger, you shouldn’t send it back. It simply implies that you should not follow up with a litany of complaints. Return the hypothetical hamburger with delight, knowing that you’re expressing your true desires. This work may take some time to accomplish, but the change will be well worth it!

#16: Create an Intention Symbol as an exercise

A proclamation of your goal becomes an intention sign. It’s a tiny, often bizarre-looking sign created by combining multiple letters. Because they function on so many levels, they are one of the most powerful weapons you can utilize. These symbols are ideal for subconscious mind activation as well as changing an instant (and intended) shift in your frequency.

Step 1

Begin by composing a statement of purpose. Your statement might refer to tangible items like houses and cars, or more intangible wants like freedom, happiness, and love. “Right now, I’m inviting love into my life,” for example. “I have my ideal job,” for example.

Step 2

Remove all of the powerful words from your aim; these are the phrase’s most important words. “I am now drawing love into my life” becomes “currently attracting love,” while “I have my dream career” becomes “have dream employment.”

Step 3

To make your symbol, start with the initial consonant of each word. “Attracting love now” becomes “tln,” and “having dream job” becomes “hdj,” for example. You’re ready to make your intention sign after you have your last letters. This is where you may let your imagination run wild. Put all of the letters together as neatly and tightly as possible. For instance:

“Tln”

“hdj”

The easier it is to draw the sign, the better. It’s excellent if you can trace it in under a second. You can make it whenever you want without having to think about it.

Step 4

Put your intention symbols in areas where you’ll see them. You might, for example, clip one to your refrigerator or hang one from your car’s rearview mirror. If you find yourself doodling, this is a perfect opportunity to put your creativity to use.

The key to understanding these symbols is that your subconscious understands their meaning. Slightly looking at these intention symbols throughout the day conveys a powerful message to your subconscious mind without requiring you to think about what you want. This produces a tremendous dichotomy of connection and detachment from your desires at the same time. The more symbols you notice, the more energy you’re investing into your manifestation. Even if you cease consciously perceiving them, your mind continues to notice them and reinforces them.

#17: Exercise – Make a To-Do List for the Universe

This activity can help you clarify your goals while also displaying trust in the Universe’s ability to manage any specifics you’re unclear about. By relieving yourself of the burden of dealing with things you don’t understand, you educate your subconscious mind to relinquish control over situations that may seem to be beyond your comprehension. This gets rid of any resistance that’s preventing you from getting the outcomes you want. You may be surprised at how the Universe will sort out the specifics for you without any further effort on your behalf if you use this practice.

Step 1

On a sheet of paper, draw a column along the middle. “Things I’m motivated to accomplish today,” write at the top of the left column. “Things I want the Universe to take care of for me,” write at the top of the right column.

Step 2

Only put in the left column the things you are motivated to do right now; the activities that seem correct and obvious to you right now. “Meditate for 20 minutes,” “Have lunch with my closest buddy,” or “Improve my job performance and smile to everyone I encounter today” are some examples.

Write the items you’re not sure about right now in the right column. Make a list of everything you’re hesitant to do and/or items you don’t know where to begin. “Find a quick and enjoyable method to come up with the vehicle payment,” “Send me information to help me understand the next step I need to take to obtain the job I truly want,” or “Find the proper person to repair the plumbing,” are some examples.

Step 3

Concentrate only on the left column and delegate the right column to the Universe.

It’s important to recognise and be grateful for every time the Universe completes one of these jobs for you. Everything in life wants to make you happy, but it must first figure out what makes you happy. This also instructs the subconscious mind to believe that nice things just happen to you.

Exercise #18: Seeing the World Through New Eyes

Seeing the world through new eyes awakens the mind to possibilities it would have overlooked in its daily routine. This causes it to begin to view things differently and to look for more fascinating things in its surroundings. Because of the optimistic expectations that get imprinted into the subconscious, new situations might be generated.

Step 1

Assume you’ve recently arrived on the planet. Everything is new to you today since it is your first day here. You don’t have any preconceptions about anything. You immediately understand all of the incredible things you can do on this world. You take everything in great awe.

Step 2

Assume you’re sending a letter to a relative or friend “back home.” Tell them about your current house and all of the amazing features it provides. Stress the ease of cell phones, laptops, TVs, and automobiles. Explain the hundreds of culinary options available within minutes of your hotel. Tell them about individuals and how many of them you can meet and share your experiences with. Describe how these folks can generate money in a million different ways. Discuss all of the exciting things to do and places to see.

Step 3

Act as though everything you see is fresh new over the next several days. Get thrilled about anything that is good in your life. Take note of all the amazing elements that you may have overlooked before.

Our minds are wired to look for patterns. New patterns emerge as a result of this form of conditioning, which attract new situations and encounters. This exercise also induces sensations of awe and exhilaration, both of which have a very unique vibratory rate. Through new experiences, that energy invites the vibration of greater excitement and astonishment into your life.

#19: Workout – “Remember When” Game

This approach is ideal for quickly shifting your mentality to a new location. As previously established, the subconscious mind is unable to distinguish between genuine and imagined events. This practice tricks your brain into remembering an imagined situation as something that has actually happened. This establishes it as a firm truth or a conviction in its reality.

Step 1

Choose one aspect of your life that you’d want to improve.

Step 2

Start seeing your life with this transformation in the present now. Take some time to immerse yourself in the world of this new invention. Gather as many feelings as you can to correspond to the reality of your new transformation.

Step 3

After you’ve done that, pretend you’re conversing with a buddy. Tell this person about how your life was before the shift. Consider it a relic from the past. Inquire whether your acquaintance “remembers when” (fill in the blank).

“Do you recall when I used to reside in that old apartment building?” for example. Before moving into my lovely new home, I used to live there. Maybe one of these days I’ll pass past that old apartment building simply to see how it looks today. I’m in love with my new house and area. I almost can’t believe I lived in that flat before. Since then, my life has altered dramatically.”

You may convince your mind that you have moved on to greater things by seeing a present issue as something that occurred in the past. The more you do this exercise, the more your mind will accept the change as truth and try to bring it about. If the subconscious believes something has already occurred (in this example, a new reality of your choice), it will swiftly try to prove it. To put it another way, it will manifest the facts that fit it in order to give proof that the event happened prior.

#20: Make a shopping list as an exercise

When we concentrate only on waiting for something to appear in our lives, we emit a concern or lack vibration that generates resistance. This simple method has the power to transform a firm belief in the development of something into a more flexible desire with no strings attached. As a result, we can quickly remove any vibrations that are preventing our wishes from manifesting.

This technique works well with desires to which we are not too attached. However, by practicing in this manner and so manifesting with remarkable precision, we educate the subconscious mind to believe that our larger wants may also enter our lives. This is to say, having faith in your capacity to create what you desire develops even more faith in your power to create… so on and so forth

Step 1

Make a list of everything you want to buy every day, no matter where you travel. It’s ideal to make these lists on random pieces of paper you don’t care about; the more lists you make, the better.

Step 2

Treat the Universe as if it were your own personal grocery, with no restrictions. Choose whatever you want, including luxuries you’d want to have one day but aren’t high on your list of things to purchase. A huge flat screen television, new outdoor furniture, a mink coat, and so forth are examples. To begin experiencing miraculous benefits, start with something you don’t have a strong affinity to.

Step 3

The more you lose track of these lists and forget about them, the more likely they are to appear. Lists are simple to overlook since they don’t usually require much thought. (This is why we keep track of them in the first place.) In this situation, it releases our dreams to the Universe, relieving the manifestation process of all strain.

Helpful Tip: Next to each task on your list, write a time period. For instance, a mink coat in the next month; or outdoor furniture in March. These nuances assist the energy surrounding you in better understanding your goal.

#21: Exercise – Using Intentions to Take Control of Your Vibration

In order for your subconscious mind to give forth vibrations that match your objectives, it must trust in your ability to produce those intentions. Starting with little ideas that you act on is a very easy and effective technique to teach your subconscious mind. Your mind starts to establish implicit faith in your capacity to materialize as you become more cognizant of your goals and demonstrate them with ease.

Step 1

Use your daily chores and behaviors to teach your subconscious mind that you will follow through on whatever you want. For example, tell yourself, “I’m going to wash this cup at the sink.” “I’m going to jot down 10 things I’m thankful for,” for example.

Step 2

Create the activity that will help you achieve your goal. To put it another way, go to the sink and wash the cup, or write down ten things for which you are thankful. Carry out your plans with as little effort as feasible. Do it with a grin on your face and a sense of lightness and ease. Declare and carry out all minor intentions during the day.

This technique teaches your mind to believe that everything you desire and declare will come to be. Acting on your objectives with pleasure and ease informs the subconscious mind that the process of creation is simple and enjoyable for you. Action is the manifestation of purpose. Work your way up the spectrum of things you want to happen in your life until this becomes second nature.

#22: Exercise – Make Something Out of Nothing

Teaching your subconscious mind that you are consciously aware of your potential to create what you want is an excellent approach to reinforce the larger creations you want to see manifest in your life. This form of reminder provides messages to your subconscious mind that confirm your abilities. This starts a loop of increasingly exact manifestations since your thoughts are so strong in what you make.

Step 1

Take a look at something you already own. “I have this (fill in the blank),” you say to yourself. “I have this really comfy bed,” “I have a wonderful group of friends,” or “I have this ten dollar money,” for example.

Step 2

Remember the day you got this “something.” How did you get it? How long did you intend to keep it? Is it something you anticipated or something you didn’t expect? Focus on the specifics of what you appreciate about this item and how it helps you live a better life. Is it convenient or comfortable for you in any way?

Step 3

After you’ve focused on what makes this object so special, remind yourself that you’ve produced everything in your life. So many of your ambitions and needs have already surfaced. You would be absolutely devoid of everything in life if you were not capable of producing.

Step 4

Then say something about how powerful a Creator you are. “I AM a Powerful Creator who can make anything I choose,” tell yourself. I’ve manifested a lot in my life, and I’m now manifesting a lot more.”

You may quickly remind yourself of your power by concentrating your creative purpose on what you’ve previously created. Recognizing your innate ability to create adds another layer of reinforcement to your belief systems. Give thanks for your inventions and be grateful that all of life is supporting you in them.

#23: Become Your Favorite Person Through Exercise

Many successful individuals have been observed to have spent years attempting to mimic the identical recipe of others they admire before achieving their own success. They analyzed their acts, manner, lifestyle, belief systems, and whatever else they could to come up with a comparable state of being.

Many successful performers, for example, have admitted to frequently stepping into the shoes of their favorite actors or actresses and “becoming them” as much as possible before becoming famous. This surely established the subconscious alignment necessary to be as successful as the person they claimed (and persuaded their minds) to be.

Step 1

Pick your favorite person in terms of how you want to conduct your life. This might be a businessperson, actor, mentor, literary character, or anybody else you like and say to yourself, “I’d want to live like them.”

Step 2

Consider all of the things you like and respect in this individual. What is it about them that piques your interest? What is their way of life? What kind of companion do they have? What are their occupations? What physical characteristics would you wish to have? What do they do for entertainment? What do you see their financial account looking like? What do you admire about them the most? Alternatively, choose any additional attributes that you specifically see as desirable in your life. Remove everything from the list that you don’t want to replicate about this individual.

Step 3

Take all of the amazing things you like in this person and envision yourself as if you ARE them, with all of their characteristics. “I AM (name of somebody you admire),” tell yourself again and over. “I have a (fill in the features you like),” you might say after this sentence. Imagine yourself as this individual, strolling around with their life. Experiment with whatever you assume they go through on a daily basis. Consider where they live and the sorts of experiences they love. Pay attention to how they act, how they stand, how they talk, and where they spend their time.

Pretending to be the person you most admire in life is a really effective technique to put yourself in the shoes of greatness. This does not imply that you want to be that person; rather, you want to live a life that is similar to theirs. This exercise is designed to assist you in replicating the state of being you wish in your life. Your mind is able to produce the emotional states necessary to manifest that state of being by “becoming” this person.

If you find this exercise uncomfortable, you may just use the traits you like instead of the person’s name. Alternatively, you may choose to be excellent friends with this person, understanding that they would only form solid connections with those who share their character.

Helpful Tip: As you drift off to sleep at night, repeat the phrase “I AM (name of someone you like)” while thinking about all of the attributes you choose for yourself. This helps the subconscious mind imitate and confirm these characteristics in your life.

#24: Write a letter to yourself congratulating yourself

When we talk to our subconscious mind about something as if it has already occurred, it has no reason to object to the validity of what we are saying. It considers the imagined scenario to be a genuine one. Furthermore, the more information and emotional states we can supply about this “event,” the more credibility we give to the assumption that it has actually occurred.

Furthermore, putting this description on a piece of paper provides it a tangible component that makes it even more factually true. The mind is hunting for specifics in order to place the tale into a more solid framework with this sort of activity. It becomes a more acceptable story to the subconscious mind once this occurs.

Step 1

Imagine your life is now filled with all of the great manifestations for which you have set your objectives (or, you can choose to focus exclusively on one particular manifestation). Consider your current circumstances and all of the changes and advancements you’ve achieved. Consider how much more enjoyable your life has become as a result of being surrounded by your goal (s).

Step 2

Write yourself a letter outlining what has occurred. Concentrate only on the positive changes that have happened as a result of this/these creations when composing this letter (s). Describe the steps you’ve made to improve your circumstances and establish a new standard of living. Recall and describe the advantages this has provided to you.

Make careful to include not just your actual situations in the letter, but also your sentiments, conduct, and actions in the new environment. How do you appear? Act? Feel? What do you do with your free time? What is a normal day like for you?

Write down how your wants and ideals are now being addressed, as well as any other good developments in your life. If there were aspects of your life that were not your major focus but benefitted as a consequence of the adjustments you made, make a note of them. For example, you could have changed careers and discovered that being more relaxed has improved your relationships.

Step 3

Congratulate yourself on all of your achievements. These are your achievements, which you have made yourself. Write down how fantastic it feels to have perfected the art of getting what you want in life. Describe the joy and excitement you’ve had as a result of your newfound talents. Praise yourself for your accomplishments and for your newfound capacity to succeed in all of your activities. Use your written words to provide the most vivid description of these wonderful sentiments that you are capable of. Immerse yourself in that sense of being while you write.

Step 4

Place this letter in an envelope and seal it. Stick a stamp on it and send it to yourself. Place it someplace to be shipped to you and ignore it till it arrives.

Step 5

When you get the letter, read it over and think about the things you’ve accomplished in your life. Bring up the emotions connected to the words you’ve written. Remember how it felt to get the outcomes you wanted in your life. Surround yourself with sentiments of accomplishment and remain there for many minutes. Read the letter many times to get the feelings that come with achieving your objectives.

Writing a comprehensive account of an incident, together with the associated feelings states, enables the mind to race with ideas on how to fit the jigsaw pieces together. Reading the message many times while returning to the associated feelings reinforces this action in the mind.

When the mind forms a query about a particular occurrence or circumstance, it must struggle to make sense of it and connect logical reasoning to it. It will produce the conditions that correlate to it in order to go on to other things in order to put this jigsaw together.

Helpful Tip: If you think it’s ridiculous to send it to oneself, put it someplace you’ll see it often. This activity may also be combined with the “remember when” exercise by remembering a time when you wrote this to yourself. This will give it an extra layer of solidity.

For example, when you begin to read the letter, you can think to yourself, “I remember how amazing it felt when I wrote this letter about my successes.” It seems like I’ve been doing all of these fantastic things for a long time, yet it still feels great!” The mind will look for methods to put anything it recalls from the past into context.

#25: Subliminal Intentions Exercise

Using an unintentional action as a trigger for your aspirations is the key to this exercise. This exercise is highly strong once established as an automatic habit by this region of the mind since these involuntary behaviors are so common and occur naturally via subconscious directives.

You may train your subconscious mind to function in other areas of your life by mixing commands with involuntary actions, much as it does in your body’s automatic organs without your conscious guidance. And, since you are a psycho-physical unit (that is, your mind affects your body and your body affects your mind), your subconscious will establish this link over time and run your selected affirmations on auto-pilot without any extra conscious effort on your part.

Step 1

Program the following affirmations into your mind each day via repetition to put subconscious intents in action. You may do this while in a light meditation state, or you can jot them down on a note card and read them to yourself anytime you take a break throughout the day. If the following affirmations don’t apply to the area of your life that you’re trying to improve, add your own words to the end of the affirmation to have the desired impact.

Step 2

Affirmations:

“Every day of my life, with every breath I take, my subconscious mind accepts a visual image of myself in a love relationship (alternatives: an affluent lifestyle, perfect health, a fulfilling work).”

“My subconscious mind pulls my ideal mate to me with every pulse, every day of my life (alternatives: more money, a fit and healthy physique, the right job).”

“With every motion of my automatic organs, my subconscious mind adopts a visual image of myself as a person deserving of love (alternatives: more money, exceptional well-being, a creative profession I like).”

Step 3

To engage your nervous system into the process, add voluntary acts that you take each day to the affirmations. This lends credibility to the idea since the subconscious mind will perceive the physical action as a trigger. Consider something like this:

“My subconscious mind accepts that I am progressing towards the greatest love of my life (alternatives: financial independence, total wellness, an excellent job at the business I love) with every step I take, each day of my life.”

“Every day of my life, with every word I utter, my subconscious mind sends forth vibrations of real love (alternatives: success and fortune, excellent health, a fulfilling career).”

“With every blink of my eyes, each day of my life, my subconscious mind visualizes & accepts my new life with the perfect person for me (alternatives: ultimate wealth and financial freedom, a flawless body, the ideal occupation).”

“With every song that I hear, each day of my life, my subconscious mind produces intense feelings of love & excitement (alternative: comfort and security, wellness and physical ease, elation and pleasure).”

Step 4

It is advised that you combine your three minds (conscious mind, subconscious mind, and super-conscious mind) into embracing these new concepts once it becomes routine for you to repeat these things to yourself throughout the day. You may replace global mind, higher mind, or anything else that resonates with you for super-conscious mind.

Although modifying your mind’s subconscious habits is critical to begin with, this visualization triples the impact of how fast you (conscious), your subconscious (influencer), and the super-conscious (universe) perceive your reality. This improves the overall perception and speed of the impact that will occur for you.

For instance:

“Every day of my life, my subconscious mind, conscious mind, and super-conscious mind all accept a visual image of me in a love relationship (alternatives: an affluent lifestyle, perfect health, and a fascinating profession).”

“My subconscious mind, conscious mind, and super-conscious mind all draw my ideal mate to me with every heartbeat, every day of my life (alternatives: more money, a fit and healthy physique, the right job).”

“My subconscious mind, conscious mind, and super-conscious mind all accept a visual image of myself as a person who is deserving of having love in my life (alternatives: more money, excellent well-being, a creative job that I love) with every activity of my involuntary organs.”

Step 5

Incorporate your nervous system by adding a voluntary action to the recommendations you’re providing yourself to improve the visualizing process significantly.

“My subconscious mind, conscious mind, and super-conscious mind all accept that I am going towards the greatest love of my life (alternatives: financial independence, total recovery, an amazing job at the business I love) with every step I take, each day of my life.”

“Every day of my life, every word I utter sends forth vibrations of pure love from my subconscious mind, conscious mind, and super-conscious mind (alternatives: success and fortune, perfect health, a wonderful vocation).”

“With every blink of my eyes, each day of my life, my subconscious mind, conscious mind and super-conscious mind all visualize & accept my new life with the perfect person for me (alternatives: ultimate wealth and financial freedom, a flawless body, the ideal occupation).”

“With every song that I hear, each day of my life, my subconscious mind, conscious mind and super-conscious mind all incorporate intense feelings of love & excitement (alternative: comfort and security, wellness and physical ease, elation and pleasure).”

Helpful Tip: The more you repeat these sentences in your regular life, the more automatic they will become. However, don’t turn it into a job or you’ll create resistance, which would defeat the purpose of the exercise. Simply start reading or meditating on your affirmations many times a day. It’s best to do it first thing in the morning and before going to bed. It is sufficient to apply two to five times each day for a minimum of 30 days. If it becomes a bother at any time, return to it when you are feeling more enthusiastic about it.

Exercise #26: Make It So

Getting into an ideal condition before commencing any manifestation technique is one strong approach to attract and produce your wishes. Your mind becomes fertile ground for anything you plant once you reach this stage. Integrating emotions states, belief, appreciation, and allowance becomes a prescription for total success when it comes to deliberate creativity at this stage.

Step 1

Get into a comfortable position in a quiet area.

Step 2

Consider anything that makes you feel powerful feelings of love, pleasure, or thankfulness. This may be anything from a child’s birth to a promotion, a new pet, a romance, and so on.

Step 3

Relive this moment until you can feel the delight throughout your whole body, using all of your senses. It is critical to experience these experiences in order to harmonize with the subconscious mind’s language. As previously stated, emotion and emotional states have a significant impact on how the subconscious mind reacts to your wishes. During this visualization, use all or as many of your senses as feasible. What did it sound, smell, feel like, and so on?

Step 4

Visualize what you want to achieve and perceive it as if it has already occurred when you are genuinely pleased. Consider how you would feel if you were driving that new automobile, living in that new house, or in that new relationship. Immerse yourself in the sensation and make the most of it by using all of your senses.

Feel the pressure of your foot on the gas pedal and the contact of your fingertips on the steering wheel of the automobile. Visualize the area you’re traveling in, including people and other vehicles. Enjoy the scent of the air as it passes through your vehicle window and the sound of the radio. Concentrate on the texture of the leather on the seat. As you drive, keep an eye on the lines on the road.

Step 5

“I am very glad and appreciative that…” speak out loud or write on a piece of paper when you’ve reached this sensory rich condition (fill in the blank). “I am extremely glad and thankful that I have enough money to buy whatever I want,” for example. And I’m really enjoying and appreciative for this new automobile experience.”

Step 6

“It is complete; and so it is,” write or speak aloud. Expect it to happen if you say it in a strong and forceful tone. This sends your manifestation out into the Universe and provides you the freedom to go about your day without having to think about it. You are letting the Universe to handle the part of creation that you are not suited to manage with this remark.

You may combine five essential components into the development process by doing this exercise: Reaching a pleasant emotional state, including a sensory-rich vision of your wish, expressing thankfulness that the creation is complete, saying it as the creator you are, and releasing it to the Universe to finish its part of the process.

When it comes to the subconscious mind, this practice is really powerful. It communicates positively about the mind’s function in the production process while demonstrating power and belief. Furthermore, the emotional signature of appreciation indicates that the event has actually occurred. The second part of the procedure, in particular, demonstrates trust in the manifestation process and permits the subconscious to work for you inside the infinite domain it inhabits.
