When your awareness isn’t clinging to the ideas, perceptions, and emotions that pass through it, you’ll notice how much freedom it has.

The more you let these ideas flow naturally, the more your awareness expands. Negative ideas will have no effect on you; they will just pass. You transcend yourself as a result of this.

You should instead remain on the trail. You’ll keep your energy, which will give you more power. You will not only feel energetic, but your life will also be easier and clearer if you choose the proper road in life.
